THE JOURNEY
NECTAR unfolds over three months.
We meet weekly in this fortnightly rhythm:
One week: a live NECTAR teaching & embodiment practice
One week: integration, sharing, and group coaching
This creates a living cycle of:
receive → live → integrate → soften → receive again
You will be supported to be with what opens, integrate what stirs, and gently weave this way of living into your daily life.

Weekly embodied sessions:

Sessions will run weekly and may vary slightly to meet the group’s needs.
All calls will be recorded and you will have access for 6 months.

NECTAR works through the body.
Practices may include experiences such as:
• slow, sensual movement
• breast massage
• self-pleasure
• devotional body rituals
• mirror and presence practices
• nervous system softening
• feminine resourcing and rest
These are not performances.
They are ways of listening to the body and inhabiting the senses.

Grace Rodaughan
Grace is a feminine embodiment guide, tantric practitioner, and women’s space-holder devoted to awakening the raw, sensual, and authentic human experience.
Her work is rooted in embodied spirituality, devotional practice, and a deep listening to the body. For the past seven years, Grace has devoted herself to the tantric and embodiment arts, training with ISTA, School of Tantra, Temple Arts, and serving as a facilitator for Dancing Eros.
Grace works with women both one-on-one and in group journeys, weaving teaching, coaching, embodiment practice, ritual, and nervous-system-aware guidance.
Her spaces are an invitation to slow down, inhabit the body, and allow life to move through you again.
