ÉROTIQUE
A sensual dance practice for women
Do you sometimes feel like you are stuck in your head?
Anxious, overwhelmed, looping in confusion?
Do you notice that you often go go go and can’t slow down?
Would you like simple tools to help you get back into your body?
This is exactly what EMBODY offers you
Why Embodiment?
It can be so easy to get caught up in the energy of “doing” and forgetting how to actually slow down and experience your life
We live in a world that values productivity and goals as a means of success, rather than who you are and how you FEEL everyday
However, there are ways you can connect with yourself and feel more grounded anytime, anywhere through embodiment practices
In this workshop I will offer you these tools so that you can feel more empowered in your everyday life
As Women we are cynical in nature and don’t fit into the masculine driven world. The keys to our wellbeing are in our bodies
Every day is different, every moment things are changing, and so it’s important you have the tools to help you sense what is happening within you at anytime
With embodiment tools you can connect with yourself anywhere, and always know exactly what it is that you need
